Affiliate Disclosure

Lights On Lab is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

We may also participate in affiliate programs run by power-equipment manufacturers and retailers, and through affiliate networks such as Impact, Awin and ShareASale.

Our promise

• Commissions never influence which products we recommend or how our calculators work.
• We recommend products based on published specifications and how well they fit the use case. We say so when a cheaper option or no purchase at all is the better choice.
• Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored", and pages that contain them include a disclosure near the top.

Advertising

We also display ads served by Google AdSense. We don't choose the individual ads shown, and an ad appearing on our site is not an endorsement. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.
